Return policy:

If you are not satisfied with your product you may return it to Sideline PCs+ within 15 days (some items have different terms).
All returns must be in new resalable condition, accompanied with receipt, and with all manuals, boxes, cables, software, etc.
Any markings, stickers, labels, etc. must be present and in the condition when purchased.
Defacing of product will void this agreement.
15% restocking fee on opened hard drives, CPU/motherboard combos and computer systems.
Certain other sealed packaged items are not returnable.
No returns on software.
Used parts and systems have a 3 day return period.

 

Warranty policy:

Sideline warrants most new products (certain items are manufacturer warranties only – ask for details) sold against any defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and storage, for a period of 1 year from date of purchase.
Software problems, viruses, or spyware infections are not covered under any warranties.
Improper installation and/or damage of product by customer will not be covered under warranty.
Lightning, surge, or environmental damage is not covered under any warranty.
Determination of cause of damage will be made by Sideline Electronics only.
Proof of purchase will be required for any claim.
In the event the product is found to be defective within the warranty period, Sideline Electronics’s only obligation shall be repair or replacement of the defective product.  Sideline Electronics will not be liable for any damages (including data loss and productivity time), direct, consequential, or incidental, arising out of the use or inability to use the product.
Warranty for monitors are for 45 days only.  The balance of the warranty is from the manufacturer (usually 1 – 3 years).
Hard drives are covered under manufacturer warranties (usually 1 – 5 years).
